The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival.
No-show Policy
If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Prepayment
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation.
Damage Deposit
Your guests don’t pay a damage deposit.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
Children of any age are allowed.
Till 2 children (up to and including 2 years old) stays for free when using available cots.
Till 2 children (from 3 years old to 12 years old) stays for € 15 per child per night when using existing beds.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
